How would you like to get paid to go shopping? That's right! Get paid to shop for clothes, eat in restaurants, watch movies, play golf, travel, and so on. You can have your cake and eat it too! Enjoy the best of both worlds. Make money and have fun at the same time as a mystery shopper. What is a Mystery Shopper? Sometimes known as a secret shopper, a mystery shopper looks like any other customer but is working undercover to perform market research or other tests on business establishments. For example, a mystery shopper may check on the quality of service and products at a particular fast food outlet. Were the staff friendly, courteous and helpful? Were the washrooms clean? Was the food hot and tasty? Did the staff attempt to upsell? Was the order filled accurately and quickly? Why the Need for Mystery Shoppers? Companies are concerned about the quality of your shopping experience. If there is a problem, they would like to know about it so that they can take corrective action and keep you as a customer. For this reason, businesses hire mystery shoppers to check on their locations and report the results. As well, comparison shopping can reveal pricing and service differences of the competition. Mystery shoppers sometimes uncover safety or security concerns and other helpful information. How To Make Money as a Mystery Shopper You can make money as a freelance mystery shopper. Contact market research companies and other businesses to obtain clients. As an independent contractor, you will invoice clients your fees for services rendered. As well, you will be reimbursed for any direct expenses incurred (such as the cost of store purchases). It is also possible to run your own market research company and subcontract out the work. You would need to get business clients who are willing to pay for these secret shopping assignments. Then, find suitable people who are willing to perform those assignments for you. Variety is the Spice of Mystery Shopping Your assignments as a mystery shopper can be varied and interesting. One time you may eat in a fast food restaurant. Another time you may be asked to see how long it takes to get service from a company by telephone. Perhaps you may be asked to shop at a website to check out its user friendliness. Still another assignment may require you to rate the helpfulness of store staff. So, if you would like to have fun while making money, consider becoming a mystery shopper.

4 Classic cold calling mistakes
: Have you noticed that the old "tried and true" cold calling techniques which were once successful have completely lost their effectiveness over the years? They just don’t work anymore. But many salespeople are still use them because that’s all they know. They’re working from that old, ineffective cold calling mindset. And they’re making the same mistakes over and over again. I’d like to talk about 4 classic cold calling mistakes from the old traditional approach that will put you on the wrong path if you’re not careful. 1. Deliver a strong, enthusiastic sales pitch People almost always feel "pushed" by sales enthusiasm, especially when it’s coming from someone they don’t know. You see, a strong sales pitch includes the unspoken assumption that your product or service is a great fit for the other person. But think about it. You’ve never spoken with them before, much less had a full conversation. You can’t possibly know much about them at this point. So to them, you’re just another salesperson who wants them to buy something. And so the walls go up. It’s much better to modestly assume you know very little about your prospect. Invite them to share some of their concerns and difficulties with you. And allow them to guide the conversation, rather than your pre-ordained strategy or pitch. 2. Your goal is to always make the sale When your target in cold calling is to always make the sale, prospects are aware of your agenda. And almost immediately, they’re on the defensive. After all, you’re primarily focused on yourself and the sale – not on them. In the old traditional mindset, you forge ahead with the hope of getting a sale. You’re coaxing, persuading, and pushing things forward. But most cold calls break down the moment the other person feels this sales pressure. Why? Because they don’t know you, and they don’t trust you. So the sales momentum you’re trying to create actually triggers a backlash of suspicion and resistance. They’re trying to protect themselves from a potential "intruder" with what appears to them as a self-serving agenda. Instead, you can approach cold calling with a different goal. Your focus can be on discovering whether you’re able to solve a problem for the other person. When you become a problem-solver, this feels vastly different to the person you’re talking to. You’re not triggering rejection. You’re calling with 100 percent of your thoughts and energy focused on their needs, rather than on making a sale. 3. Focus on the end of the conversation – that’s when sales are lost If you believe that you lose sales because you’ve made a mistake at the end of the process, you’re looking in the wrong direction. Most mistakes are made at the beginning of a cold calling conversation. You see, it’s at the beginning that you convey whether you’re honest and trustworthy. If you’ve started out your cold call with a high-pressured sales pitch, then you’ve probably lost the other person in just a few seconds. When you follow a sales script, strategy, or presentation, then you’re not allowing a natural, trusting conversation to evolve. So the "problem" has been put into motion by your very first words. So the place to put all your focus is at the beginning of the cold call, not at the end. 4. Overcome and counter all objections Most traditional sales programs spend a lot of time focusing on overcoming objections. But these tactics only put more sales pressure on your prospect, which triggers resistance. And you also fail to explore or understand the truth behind what’s being said. When you hear, "We don't have the budget," or, "Call me in a few months," you can uncover the truth by replying, "That's not a problem." And then using gentle, dignified language, you can invite them to reveal the truth about their situation. So move away from the old sales mindset and try this new way of approaching your cold calling. You’ll find yourself being more natural, and others will respond to you in a much more positive way.
Office cleaning contracts janitorial software office cleaning business
Here are a few ways for you to pick up more office cleaning contracts for your business. You can use these methods over and over again so that you can build a system that generates more office cleaning contracts consistently. That should be your goal. Considering you won't get every contract you bid on, you must know that the more quotes you provide to potential customers, the more potential contracts you will pick up. Cold Calls: This is a fantastic way to get more office cleaning contracts. Although I'm sure you probably hate talking to people on the phone, this is a little different. You are not going to be trying to close the sale over the phone. You simply want the chance to meet with the client so that you can present them with your proposal. That is when you will close the sale. And because of this, most potential clients will meet with you because they know that they are not under any obligation to do anything with you. Newspaper advertising: Advertise your business in all the local newspapers. Most people who own businesses look in there frequently for services they require for there businesses. One line ads won't really do anything in terms of return on investment. I would recommend something with some images that can stand out and grab the customer. Don't forget to include all your contact information. Internet Advertising: You can also advertise your website all over the internet. Look up local classified ad websites for your local area, and advertise your business in there as well. The great thing about advertising on the internet is that you can also add a link back to your website which is great for your web presence. It will also help with link exchanges, employee recruitment, and more. Use these 3 ways and pick up more office cleaning contracts.

5 Key elements of a successful home based business
Who wouldn't want to work from home? You can make your own hours, forget ever having to commute, and never have to answer to a boss. Plus, as a home based business owner, you have the potential to earn exponentially more than you ever will by punching a time clock. Yet, there are so many home based business opportunities available that it's often difficult to choose the one that is a good fit for you and that has the income potential that you need. To help you make your choice, here are five key elements to look for in a home based business. 1. Go with Network Marketing While it's true that not everyone succeeds at network marketing, the principles behind it are sound. After all, network marketing is essentially using and selling products through word of mouth. This approach allows you to reach out to an ever-growing number of people and reap the financial rewards of building your own downline. Because network marketing cuts out the middleman, your earning potential increases. In the process, you create the potential for residual income while enjoying low overhead and the opportunity to work when and where you want. Furthermore, when you take advantage of Internet-based network marketing, you are not bound by geographic boundaries; your customers and downline can reach global proportions. 2. Choose a Company that Offers Multiple Products Every day, you use dozens of products. Some home based business opportunities focus on one product, while others focus on many. When you do the math, it's easy to see why it's preferable to choose a company that allows you to become a member and have access to a wide variety of products, as well as to sell those products. 3. Find Cutting Edge Products to Use and Sell Few people need more candles, kitchenware, or knick-knacks. What they really need and want are information and mobile technology products, such as DSL, VOIP, and broadband. Baby boomers in particular are looking for values in discount shopping, travel, and professional services such as legal services and health servicespanies and entrepreneurs are always on the lookout for cutting edge business software, conference calling, SEO services, marketing products, and video production services. 4. Look for a Solid Compensation Plan Compensation plans vary from company to company, so be sure to find one that gives you the greatest earning potential. A single paid matrix is an excellent approach, as is a 3 x 9 monthly matrix commission. 5. Gain Access to Business Building Tools One of the premises of network marketing is that you don't need to reinvent the wheel; the infrastructure for a successful business model already exists. When reviewing home based business opportunities, especially those that are Internet based, find one that allows you to grow your business through duplication, so that you can immediately get up and running. The company you work with should also have a support system that includes mechanisms to capture leads, create ads, and develop solid marketing strategies. Moreover, there should be a sense of community, camaraderie, and mutual support. Launching your own home based business can not only lead you to a debt free life, but can also enable you to travel the path of true financial freedom.

Brochuriffic printing
Tradeshow, real estate listing, data sheet, new product promotions and the likes will never be complete without promoting them via brochures. Perhaps, brochure has its own way of wowing the public and persuading them to participate, purchase or subscribe. But the most bothersome aspect is the budget. How will you make your brochures look terrific yet inexpensive? There are various brochure printing processes available these days. The first is the two-color brochure printing. As the name implies, it only uses two colors. Most often it comes in black and white or a monochrome of a color. This is the cheapest kind of printing process for brochures. However, this may not be applicable to all designs. Some may appear classic, some may appear dull and lifeless. Another process is the 4 color brochures printing. Most of the catchy brochures we have these days are printed in this process. 4 color brochures printing uses CMYK colors. These are cyan, magenta, yellow and black. These colors are used to create other colors that will complement the colors in your design. There are computer software programs that convert any text or image to CMYK. In this manner, it will be easy for the printers to work on your brochure printing needs. Colors can be a little tricky especially when you see them on your computer monitorputer screens use RGB color. Red, green and red colors will result to different colors than those created through the CMYK process. In fact, if you print your brochure on an inkjet or laser printer, the result will be far different from that printed through 4 color printing. One of the main highlights why lots of people are choosing 4 color printing is that the inking or mixing process is computer-controlled. Moreover, they are getting consistent colors all throughout the printing job. Plus they are getting it at a competent price. These are probably the reasons why 4 color brochure printing is the most popular choice among savvy entrepreneurs. 6 color printing is also a good choice. This process uses 6 colors to create more colors than the usual printing process. The drawback though is that this process may not be good to your resources. If you want an exact color match for your brochures, go for pantone colors. Colors are meticulously mixed in order to come up with the exact color. Thousands of colors are available through pantone. There are books showing them. All you have to do is to choose from them. Let your imagination soar, chances are the colors in your mind can be achieved through pantone. The drawback though is that it is costly. Now you have choices. It’s up to you how you can optimize them.

What a wholesale supplier expects from you how to ask for distributor accounts
You wouldn’t think of going to a job interview unprepared—you’d never get called back. Yet many eBiz owners approach wholesalers and manufacturers without any preparation at all. You need to realize it costs a manufacturer time and money to set up an account. If you seem like you won’t be a profitable distributor, they’ll probably turn you down. Says manufacturer Charlie Hall, owner of Charlie’s Woodshop, “I spend a lot of time helping [online retailers] get going with my product, but they may not go anywhere [if] they’re not doing the follow-up work.” Giving the right impression can be the difference between getting a flat out “No” and beginning a healthy business relationship. What’s the right way to ask a wholesaler for an account? Be Professional They want to see how you’re going to represent their products. 1.Check your presentation—your grammar, your punctuation, your capitalization. Almost any writing program comes with a spellchecker—use it. If your email looks like it was written by a first-grader, a wholesaler will think you’re either lazy or incompetent. Says Hall, “These are little areas that tell me whether or not I want to do business with [a retailer]… [If] they’re not doing all the work … they’re last on the list.” 2.Give them all relevant information: • Include your full name, business name, business street and mailing address, and contact information. • Include your tax IDs: without these numbers, no legitimate wholesaler will give you any kind of information. They need these numbers to verify you’re a legal business and they can legally sell to you without charging you taxes. In-state manufacturers need your state tax ID, and out-of-state manufacturers need your federal tax ID. Be Prepared 1.Do your research first. Only approach companies you have studied and feel you’d like to work with. Don’t send out mass emails looking for information and accounts. Even if you use an email template, send each one individually. If a wholesaler sees multiple addresses in your email, they’ll assume you’re fishing and may not even bother responding. Read up on a company before you request any info from them. Look at their websites and policies. Asking questions in your emails that could be answered by reading their FAQ’s page sends a message that you aren’t a serious professional. 2.Understand what to expect out of your relationship. A wholesaler is your supplier, not your business coach. They have limited time and manpower, so don’t expect them to hold your hand and advise you on how best to run your eBiz, optimize your site, or improve your traffic. They aren’t there to answer questions you ought to be researching on your own time. Not every wholesaler will be taking new accounts, and not every supplier will be willing to work with home-based businesses. But many are, and by being professional and prepared, you can greatly increase your success with them.

Can factoring make you money
Simply put, factoring helps businesses meet their cash flow needs by providing immediate cash by using accounts receivable. Many people view factoring as a short-term stopgap to plug the working capital hole that inevitably presents itself in almost every growing business. Although factoring can many times help a business refresh its working capital in the midst of a ‘cash crunch’, it can actually be a highly profitable long-term strategy. With adequate cash flow, a business has the ability to not only avoid stoppages in business, but to increase customers and sales. Cash flow is the lifeblood of any business and with out it, regardless of profitability, a business can cease to exist. Also consider the fact that by factoring, debt is not shown on your financial statements. This reflects strong numbers and if you have the opportunity to sell your company, this can be attractive. Factoring is one of the few forms of financing that can support rapid growth in a business. As the receivables increase, so in turn does the funding, as long as your customers are credit worthy. Therefore, it stands to reason that by reducing working capital requirements, a company can more rapidly reach their long-term growth plans. The net effect is increased sales, increased production, and decreased stress. Factoring is typically more expensive than traditional financing, however, the cost of factoring is usually significantly less than the loss of net profits that would have otherwise been generated by the substantial growth that it supports. Ways to offset the cost of factoring if it applies to your industry is to use the positive cash flow and take early pay discounts from your vendors and also buy in bulk using volume discounts. These savings can be deducted from your factoring cost if not eliminate them completely. If you are turning down business due to the lack of capital, you need to explore the benefits that factoring can provide. It is a form of commercial finance that is very powerful and must not be over looked.
United states warn china in trade fight
February 21th, 2006 by Elif Ozdemir The United States government criticizes China to resolve its rapidly growing trade deficit. Deputy US Trade Representative Karan Bhatia said that their rival country can receive penalizing trade measures from the US government if they do not open up their market to American companies and if they do not treat US firms fairly. However, Bhatia did not imply that the US government would limit China's access to their market. On the other hand, US Trade Representative Rob Portman has a different take on United States-China trade situation. Last week, he expressed that the US government will set up a task force that will monitor China's compliance with global trade policies. These policies focuses on implementing of intellectual property rights, easing up local industries, and carrying out vows to open the market to US companies. According to Karan Bhatia, China has very much profited from their access to the US market, yet China is not doing their share as they continue in not giving US companies a level playing field in their markets. Furthermore, as said by some critics, low-priced Chinese products has already flooded the United States, which resulted in financial struggles of US competitors and job insecurity in the industrial parts of the country. The Chinese government is also reported to keep the yuan currency weak in order to increase their exports. Last year, the trade deficit went to a record low of $725bn (Ј414bn) because oil prices rose and demand for imports of every kind increased. In order to pacify US citizens who might lose their jobs because of the trade deficit, US legislators have proposed laws to lower trade relations with China. The US government also gave stern warnings to China to revalue its currency, and impose tariffs on Chinese products that is already flooding the country. Analysts say that United States government has limited options and they could not afford to get even with China because these actions could backfire at them. In response to United States' stern warnings and criticisms, Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesman Qin Gang expressed that the US plan to impose penalizing trade measures on them will not help ease their trade relations. He also said that such impositions will not also be favorable to the business interests of the United States. At the moment, people are anticipating a resolution to this problem when Chinese President Hu Jintao visits Washington for talks with the US President in April.

Net cards are needed in your business
In the age of all things digital, businesses are rapidly deploying security and tracking measures that will ensure the integrity of all data. Be it banking data, or customer behavior data, security of information is of the utmost importance. Institutions have started to realize that one of the most secure methods to protect data may be to use smart cards and chip card readers. If an organization needs to secure data that its employees carry around with them on laptops, smart card technology, and card readers can be deployed easily with PCMIA integration. Once machines are equipped with these devices, data can only be accessed with a card. When a computer is stolen or misplaced, lack of a card will prevent a thief from gaining access to sensitive data. Smart cards, like the Microsoft. Net cards, can be used to work with desktop PCs. A company may need to install card readers on all of their desktops to ensure that only authorized employees can view company data. This is especially helpful if multiple employees work on the same workstation. Restricting access is crucial to maintaining network integrity. PC desktop card readers are very simple to install into your machine, as they plug in with a simple usb plug. They can be conveniently situated on top, or on the side of modems. Cards that include micro processing components can be leveraged to store and manipulate data that simpler cards can not handle. Hybrid cards allow transactions to take place in environments where cards readers are present, and where they are not. A hybrid card can be read in a traditional terminal via its magnetic stripe or be used with a card reader. With this multiple functionality there will never be a time when customer or employee information can not be tracked. Smart card technology is superior to magnetic stripe technology, because data on a stripe is easily compromised by simple, easily accessible tools. However, a smart card is smart because its microprocessor is the gate keeper of the information. The microprocessor determines who has access to the data, and getting access to that data is much more difficult than with a magnetized card. These cards can be multi-functional, in that they can grant access to computers, but can also be used to grant access to buildings, cafeterias and restricted areas. For financial and shopping transactions, cards can be used to store reward points data. A card that grants access to purchases or banking can also hold data related to customer incentive programs. Discount information can be stored on a card that allows users to make a payment in a brick and mortar environment or an internet environment. Having one central repository of data will benefit businesses as they seek to assemble customer activity profiles. Upgrading magnetic stripe cards to smart cards needs to be done to ensure that a business maintains competitiveness.

Starting a business are you realising a dream or avoiding a nightmare
Every business or business idea is conceived for different reasons, but in most cases can be put down into two reasons, either to realise a dream or avoid a nightmare. Many of us have sat at work and decided there must be more to life and imagine or dream what it would be like to be control of their own destiny and own their own business. They dream of the rewards, the respect and the quality of life owning their business could bring. However there is another group of potential business people. That is, those who are almost forced to start a business because of the lack of jobs, their age or other restricting criteria. It is important that you look at yourself and decide which category you are in. If you were to take these two potential business owners and assume they are starting the same business at the same time in the same area, you would be surprised how different the strategy and expectations would be for success within their business plans. One strategy would be based on high turnover and high costs for marketing etc. a “think big, big rewards” culture. The other would be based on cost conscious, little marketing but small rewards foundations. Again it is important you realise what category you because as humans we tend to base our strategies around our experience of life. But what we should understand is that strategies for success should be based on what will make the business successful and not the circumstances that drove you to start your business in the first place. The only way to separate the two is to have an independent opinion to act as “devils advocate” to your ideas and business plans. Use models of similar businesses and try to mirror successful proven strategies to increase your chances of success. Ironically when you look at your business plan this way it can sometimes feel it isn’t worth starting at all, or more hassle than its worth. If you now feel this way; then better you know now than later. However if you still feel it is something you can and must do, owning a business can be one of the most rewarding and fulfilling challenges in life.

Three guidelines to selecting a florist
Copyright 2006 Andrew Horan Sometimes you deserve the best. When it comes to your wedding, your anniversary, or other occasion, why not use the best florist? How do you know a florist is the best and would also be the best for you? I recommend a simple set of criteria to evaluate florist: customer service, flexibility, reliability, and product. Selecting a florist for a big event can be stressful and it does not have to be. If you use the three steps that I recommend, it will become very easy. For my wedding, I chose the best florist in Northern Virginia – who coincidentally was the best choice for my wedding. Customer Service The list of clientele is impressive. Does that mean the florist is right for you? A high priced set of customers is not always a good indicator for how the florist would treat you. In many businesses, when a customer with a 7 figure income or a celebrity status comes in to make a purchase, they are given preferential treatment. That is understandable. My question is how is the average customer treated? When I walk into a good florist shop, they are always busy but not too busy to handle my business. The owner or another florist will come over to greet me and handle my business. Everyone that deals with the customers knows flowers. My purchases are generally small – a dozen roses, some orchids, or a bouquet of something that they recommended. Despite the size of my purchase, I am always treated well. Product Do they have what you want? If not do they suggest something that is reasonable to your budget and your taste. Do they have variety? If a florist can service high volume customers or the very rich, does not mean that they can service the average customer. On the other hand, if some of the more prestigious restaurants in the area or some of the local celebrities use a florist that can be a good sign. A four star restaurant would only deal with the top florists in the area. A four star restaurant could not afford to be supplied by an unreliable florist as their restaurant rating and their business depends upon appearance as much as it does on their food. However, even if the florist has high volume prestigious customers, does not mean that they are flexible enough to provide the same high level of service to the individual customers. A florist shop should provide the same high level of service to all its customers. Reliability Only one thing is more devastating than having flowers delivered to the wrong building or on the wrong day. That is having flowers delivered that are dead, petals falling off in your hand with only the stems remaining. I have had flowers delivered to the wrong state, wrong person, a week late, and flowers delivered that were clearly dead (as they sat overnight in some garage in August before they were delivered a day late). If something did happen that was unfortunate, I need to know that they would try and make it right. Occasionally, my floral mishaps have been made right by either resending the flowers or a refund. Mistakes happen. Why not go with the best? If a problem occurs it would be very rare and taken care of very well. If their restaurant clients use them, they know the mistakes are very rare. These three guidelines should help you find a florist for those special occasions. I recommend a test run. Order a bouquet to be delivered. If they give you good customer service, have what you want in your price range, and deliver it without a problem, than those are good signs.
How to make your cold calling effective 4 examples of effective dialogue in cold calling
: How can we make cold calls "work" when we’re talking to someone we haven’t met, about something they may not need? Well, it’s really simple. First we look at how to relate to them rather than hoping they’ll relate to us and our solution. When we approach cold calling with a question about what their needs are, potential clients respond much more readily to the idea of talking with us. To help you with this, here are a few examples of dialogues within four very different industries. Example: Staffing In the staffing or recruiting industry, the goal is to call a company and identify whether they need help finding new staff. The old cold calling approach is, "Hi. My name is... I’m with XYZ Staffing Company, and we offer these services. I’m just calling to..." And by that time, the person pretty much says, "We’re not interested," right? With this new cold calling approach, the idea is to think about the problem you’re solving. The problem you’re solving is helping them find good people. So I would start the conversation with, "Maybe you can help me out for a second?" And they usually say, "How can I help you?" I reply, "I’m just calling to see if your company is still looking at finding good, quality employees to hire?" The response to that is likely to be, "Well sure. Who’s this?" This is a normal response which we want to be ready for. I would simply say, "My name is Ari and I’m with XYZ Staffing Company and we help companies identify and find good people. I’m just calling to see if your company is in a situation now where you’re looking to hire and find new people." Example: Software Let’s say you’re in the software industry, and that you sell software to improve the productivity of an organization. What you want to do is focus on the problem that you solve specifically. What most software salespeople do in cold calling is say, "Hi, we sell software to help improve productivity." But that doesn’t really identify the problem it solves. You have to focus specifically on an issue. So, for instance, the software might solve a problem with lost paper-based documents. That’s a very specific issue. In this case, I might call and say, "I’m just calling to see if your company is having issues with lost paperwork because of manual paper-based filing systems." See how specific that is? It’s very directed to the problem in their world. This is in contrast to, "I want to see if your company is looking to buy some software or looking to improve productivity," or something similar. Example: Advertising Advertising is a very good example. Typically, what most advertising sales folks start with is an introduction. They talk about their advertising product or services that they offer. But with our problem solving approach, the question becomes, "What does advertising solve for people?" The first thought usually is that it gets people leads. It gets more branding. Let’s go deeper than that. What do leads do for companies? Leads provide sales, right? So if I sell advertising, I might call and say, "Maybe you can help me out for a second. I’m just calling to see if your company is open to new ideas of generating leads for your business." From this place, the discussion unfolds around their world, and not your advertising. That’s the real shift in making cold calling relevant to their world. Example: Collections Another example is the collections industry. Typically, collection agencies call companies to see if they can be hired to collect invoices that are unpaid. They usually talk about their services as opposed to making their cold calling focus on the problem. The client is looking to bring in more revenue from invoices that aren’t paid. So an approach might be, "Maybe you can help me out for a second?" The reply is once again, "Sure, how can I help you?" "I’m just calling to see if your company is still having issues with unpaid invoices." And the response probably will be, "Well, yeah, we are. Who’s this?" You can then respond in a very relaxed tone, "This is John. I’m with XYZ Collection Agency. I’m just calling to see if you’d be open to some new ideas on how to better solve that problem." These are some examples of how to make your cold calling relevant to the other person and his or her needs. Practice this, and you’ll find that your cold calling conversations become more relaxed. You’ll no longer have to shift into an artificial "salesperson" role.

Simple solutions for your email marketing
Get Rich Quick Scams RevealedRead this article before you consider paying for a "get rich quick" program. Everybody would love to make lots of money quickly, working from home, and only doing a few hours of work per week. I've spent the past two years trying to find a great way of doing this. Only over the course of the past few months have I found any "get rich quick" programs worth buying. I've been trying to make money online for a long time. I had a few small websites, but they never made much more than a few hundred per month. It was easy money and didn't require much work on my part, but I knew there were people out there doing better than I was and I knew I could do as well as them. Now, I've seen a lot of "get rich quick" programs. Most of these people make claims about earning $2000/day with Google or something similarly insane. Almost all of these people are complete liars. Even if they were making $2000/day with Google AdSense, it'd be because they had high - traffic websites with a lot of quality content. I'd know, because in one whole month, I never even made half of what they promised I'd make daily with their programs. Maybe you've already been scammed by one of these fraudsters. Anyway, I finally got sick of what was being offered. I decided I'd look through the all of the "get rich quick" programs I could find and see if there were any that were actually legitimate. I found that there were owners selling their programs for well over $100, but the information in them could be found almost anywhere online for free. Additionally, they all contained out-of-date information, had no e-mail support, no money back guarantees, and broken links in the downloads section. In conclusion, almost all of the programs I found were completely useless. The owners knew it, but they couldn't care less about their customers since they didn't offer refund policies! Amazingly, while looking through all of the programs, I actually did find a few legitimate programs. They were run by ordinary people like you and me, and they had found some great methods of making money from their home by doing very little work. I spent some time working with those programs, and my income is now ten times what it used to be. These programs provided a large amount of great information on how to make extra money on your computer doing very little work. Numerous customers had provided great feedback and reviews for their products. Many of them have started to make money just days after buying! Their programs have excellent prices, and the authors have a group of paid staff who are dedicating to helping you or providing assistance if you need any. I must say I was amazed! If you do decide to purchase any of the programs listed below, I recommend you join quickly. Most of the owners tell me they are getting an overwhelming number of sales and plan on raising prices in the near future, so order while prices are still low! To Your Online Success,
Friends family and neighbors
Copyright 2006 Shannon Lavenia Friends, family and neighbors - the do-gooders who are always willing to give you advice about your life. Ever wonder why, when you are about to take a leap of faith into something awesome, your friends, family and neighbors are all too eager to warn you of the pitfalls. I call it the "Get By Rule". What's this you ask? Well, if you asked your friend for $1500.00 to pay the bills and feed your kids b/c you were down and out, your friend, brother, sister, neighbor would most likely say "Sure Thing - Always Here to Help a Friend in Need." They are happy to help you GET BY. After all, being charitable makes people feel good. So does knowing they are in a better position than you - it's a sense of accomplisment. Now, ask the same person for $1500.00 to start a new business and they'll spend time telling you about how many people fail at "those things", about the times that they failed, that only a few people succeed in business, etc. etc. They'll ramble on giving you tails of unsubstantiated BS to deter you. And, they won't lend you the money. Why? Because although they are willing to help you Get By they aren't willing to have you PASS THEM BY. It's as simple as that. This became so clear to me after listening to Caroline Myss' audio program Invisible Acts of Power. What invariably sets the people who succeed apart from those who never take a chance is the decision to move foward towards their goals regardless of what other people think. My personal success has evolved by choosing carefully who I am willing to take advice from. When someone wants to offer me advice, direction or guidance, I simply look at the results the person is getting in that area of their life and decide whether or not I'm going to choose to listen to them. For example: If someone wants to give me financial or business advice, I look at the level of success that person has had in business or financially, and then I'll choose whether or not to take on their advice/direction. I personally wouldn't take advice from someone making less than $100K a month. I wouldn't have someone with no experience in real estate tell me how to invest in it. If you are about to venture into a business, decide what you want and go for it. Don't allow your friends, family and neighbors to prevent you from passing them by. Many people simply fail in MLM because the company they are with tells them to go out to their friends, family and neighbors - the black cloud of success. Doing so, for the person who chooses to NOT be deflated, can be very profitable. It can also be the kiss of death if that is your only way of marketing. When selecting a company to work with, choose a company with a well formulated system and marketing plan. One that teachers you how to advertise in a wide variety of media to get your phone ringing with people eager to speak with you. And if you need to borrow the money to start your business, use the money you'd pay your bills with and ask your friend for money to pay your bills!
